Wet Douglas Fir Firewood

Quality Douglas Fir firewood. This wood isn't dry so expect to allow roughly eight to ten weeks drying time in order for it to be ready to burn. Douglas Fir is similar to Macrocarpa in that it burns hotter and for longer than Pine. It will keep your house toasty into the night. The advantage of Douglas Fir over Macro is that it doesn't spark like Macro does, it dries a bit faster, and the wood is a glorious pink colour! 

Our process involves a cross cutter which cuts the logs to uniform length. A splitter which reliably dissects the log to a desirable firewood size that we determine. A cleaner which removes the rubbishy bits. A concrete pad to hold the wood so that the firewood you receive is free of mud and gravel. The result? Fantastic, good quality firewood.

Freight prices are for up to 6m3. They will show up when you enter your address. If you want to order more than 6m3 please place additional orders so that you are charged a delivery fee per 6m3 (or part) truckload.
