Refund & Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their firewood and timber. Because these are natural products and often delivered loose or cut to order, please read the following carefully.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of firewood and timber, refunds and returns are limited. Once the product has ordered, and especially once it's left our yard or been tipped on your property, we generally cannot accept returns .
2. Returns
We can only accept returns if:

The wrong product was supplied (e.g., incorrect timber size or species).
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:

We cannot fulfil your order

You receive an incorrect product and choose a refund instead of replacement
Refunds Not Available For

Change of mind after the product has been ordered.

Dissatisfaction with natural variations (e.g., some smaller or larger firewood pieces, knots or grain in timber)

Access issues that prevent delivery (redelivery fees may apply instead)
4. Exchanges / Replacements
If there is a genuine mistake or quality issue, we will:

Replace the product, or

Supply the missing volume, or

Offer a partial refund if appropriate.
5. Damaged or Missing Items (Third-Party Shipping)
If your order is shipped via courier or freight, please inspect items immediately upon arrival.
We will lodge a claim with the freight provider and work with you on a resolution. Claims are subject to the carrier’s policies.
