Build it strong with reliable New Zealand framing timber from Log Works

We mill a range of sizes in framing timber, supplied in either random or specific lengths. The price is per metre and includes GST (but not delivery). Knots in framing grade timber won't be any bigger than a third of the cross-section of the timber. It won't have any bark, bugs or rot. It's solid, dependable construction timber for all sorts of constructions purposes like sheds, framing, furniture, panelling and decking.

Macrocarpa is naturally durable, so it doesn't need any nasty chemicals. We can dress the timber for you if you need a smooth finish. Please contact us for more information on this. Options include:

• Square dressed,
• Dressed four sides with the corners rounded off,
• Tongue and groove (standard or secret nail), and
• TGV (standard or secret nail).

Normally lengths are random from 1.2m up to 6m. We can cut to exact lengths for you, but just keep in mind it adds 20% to the price because of the extra time and offcuts.
